Rehearsal: Kelly & Matt
Friday, July 10, 2009 at 10:10AM Kelly and Matt invited friends and family to celebrate their wedding on Mackinac Island. Pat and I had never been to the island before and absolutely fell in love! There are no vehicles on the island. You have to bike, walk or take a carriage around. They had all of their events at the beautiful Mission Point Resort. Kelly and Matt could not have picked a better place to get married!
The night before the wedding they celebrated with food, drinks and a bonfire! It had been cloudy all day and right before their rehearsal the skies cleared up and a bright blue sky appeared.
This is a shot I took as we were on the ferry headed to the island.

It was Matt's grandma's birthday so they celebrated with a cake.

That's were I stayed the one time I was on Mackinac! Ah, memories. Thanks for reminding me that I need to find a way to get back there! =)
